Welcome to the Carnegie Public Library

The Carnegie Public Library in Trinidad is your library too! We serve all of Las Animas County and would love to have you visit and check out our books, magazines, DVDs, videos, audio books, and other materials.  If you and your children don’t have library cards yet, come down anytime and register. A parent or a legal guardian must accompany minors with identification.  All that’s needed is a valid Colorado driver’s license or ID, proof of address (a phone, rent, or utility bill is fine), and you can have a card of your own.  We are open from 9 am until 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday through Friday, from 9am to 5 pm , and from 9 am – 3 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
