Carnegie Public Library closed December 24-26th

The Carnegie Public Library will be closed on December 24th-26th in observance of Christmas. Normal hours will resume on Saturday, December 27th.

Community Art Wall

The Carnegie Public Library is pleased to announce that the display of 2-dimensional artwork is now welcome on two different walls in the library. Artists from all walks of life and of any ability are welcome to submit their art to be displayed. Please contact the library at 719-846-6841 for more information.

We now have OverDrive, a new program to download e-books

The Carnegie Public Library now has OverDrive, a program that enables patrons to download eBooks to their Nook, Kindle, iPad etc. In addition to eBooks, patrons can download eAudio Books and movies to their MP3 players. We are VERY excited about this new program, which is free to Carnegie Library patrons. (All that is required is a valid library card.) Basic instructions are outlined below.
